Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
Due to the specialist nature of our products — research-grade chemical compounds, peptides, and SARMs — our returns policy is necessarily strict. We are committed to supplying products of the highest quality and will always work to resolve genuine issues fairly.
2. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order reference. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order reference and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of research chemicals and for safety and integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. Unopened products may only be returned with our prior written authorisation and must be returned in their original, sealed condition within 14 days of delivery.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct return postage costs from any refund where the return is not due to our error.
6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate with the courier and, where the order is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Regulatory Seizure
ResearchChem.uk cannot be held responsible for orders seized by customs or regulatory authorities. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that importation of any compound is lawful in their jurisdiction. No refund will be issued in cases of regulatory seizure.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
